The follow-on Volume II of this book looks at Janissary organization and battle tactics of the Turkish Kapikulu Ocaklari [Kapikulu Akerleri]: Standing Army, from the later 18th Century to the Napoleonic era. Volume II also covers traditional Artillery, Miners and Transport Troops, who had a direct relationship in terms of the entrenchment battle tactics used at the time by the Janissary.
